Vienna court dismisses jailed plotter's privacy claim against Disney

Judge Nicole Baczak dismissed Beran A.'s privacy claim against Disney on Sept 30, ruling a brief shot of his family's home in Disney+ docuseries The End of an Era did not breach his rights as he has not lived there for two years, according to Billboard. Beran A., 21, is serving 15 years for the foiled 2024 Vienna attack plot.
