Stella McCartney goes wool-free in Paris

Stella McCartney showed no wool on the runway this season in the gardens of the British embassy in Paris. She developed Brewed Protein, a fermentation-made wool alternative, with Japanese biotech firm Spiber and first used it a year ago. The question is whether rivals adopt fermentation at scale.
