Simi Singh retires from professional cricket aged 39

Ireland spin-bowling all-rounder Simi Singh has announced his retirement from professional cricket aged 39. Cricket Ireland published the announcement on 30 September 2026. The India-born player won 90 caps after debuting against New Zealand in May 2017 and holds the ODI record for a century from number eight.
