The Supreme Court voted 6-3 on Sept. 29 to let the Trump administration send noncitizens to countries other than their own, without a chance to argue they face persecution or torture there. The conservative majority paused a lower court's notice requirement until December arguments over immigration law and due process — the right to fair procedures.
