Black Bear has hired former Paramount executive Dan Cohen as head of television distribution, Deadline reported 29 September 2026. Cohen, ex-Chief Content Licensing Officer and Republic Pictures president, will oversee post-theatrical sales, meaning deals after cinema runs. Upcoming slate includes Wicker and Wife & Dog.
