Kehinde Wiley offers to buy back Santo Domingo embassy painting

Ocula reported on 29 September that Kehinde Wiley has offered to buy back 'Young Artists After Siamesas 1960', his 2015 canvas for the U.S. embassy in Santo Domingo. The U.S. Department of State in Washington commissioned the 3.66-metre by 2.75-metre work, The Art Newspaper reported. It was later removed from the post, Artnet reported.
