Lucien Laviscount and Taylour Paige will lead Confabulation, a Netflix thriller written and directed by Tyler Perry, Deadline reported on 29 September. Shamier Anderson will appear in a key role, Deadline reported. Perry is producing with Angi Bones and Tony L. Strickland under his Netflix partnership, Deadline reported.
