Oura Pauses $2.2 Billion Nasdaq IPO
Oura has indefinitely delayed its planned Nasdaq IPO, a first public share sale aiming to raise up to $2.2 billion. The company planned to sell 55 million shares priced at $40 to $44 each, valuing the business at up to $15 billion. CEO Tom Hale cited uncertain market conditions, saying Oura can afford to wait for better timing.
