Burnham to pledge free, NHS-style social care for England

Prime Minister Andy Burnham said Labour’s next manifesto, its election promises, will pledge free social care for everyone in England, run like the NHS. He told the BBC’s Sunday with Laura Kuenssberg it would be paid for by everyone. He said change must wait until after the election because of Sir Keir Starmer’s tax pledges.
