Burnham to put NHS-style free social care for England in manifesto

Prime Minister Andy Burnham said he will put plans for a universal, free, NHS-style social care system for England into Labour's next election manifesto. He told the BBC's Sunday with Laura Kuenssberg the service would be funded by everybody. He said reform must wait until after the election, bound as he is by Sir Keir Starmer's tax pledges.
