Burnham plans free care in England

Prime Minister Andy Burnham said Labour will promise free care for everyone in England at the next election. It would work like the NHS for older and disabled people. He told the BBC’s Sunday with Laura Kuenssberg it would be paid for by everyone. He said it must wait until after the election because of Sir Keir Starmer’s tax promises.
