Pace Gallery seeks tenant for part of Chelsea headquarters

Pace Gallery is seeking a tenant for part of its global headquarters at 540 West 25th Street in Chelsea, Manhattan, ARTnews reported 28 September 2026. The eight-storey building opened as its flagship, its main public gallery, in September 2019, Pace said. The gallery remains at the address.
