Taylor Swift became the most-awarded artist in MTV Video Music Awards history at the 2026 ceremony on 27 September, the Associated Press reported. She premiered the "Patient Zero" video during the broadcast, hosted by Snoop Dogg, and dedicated her top prize to Dolly Parton.
