Antigua and Barbuda beat Anguilla 5-0 in the Concacaf Nations League at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium but finished with nine men. Substitute Aedan Scipio came on in the 69th minute. Keon Greene saw straight red three minutes later for tugging his dreadlocks. Shalon Knight followed in added time for pulling Scipio from behind and knocking him off his feet.
