Supreme Court blocks Missouri's 2025 House map for November

The U.S. Supreme Court said Sept. 25, 2026, Missouri cannot use its 2025 congressional map — the district lines for U.S. House races — in the November general election. The state must use the lines from 2022 and 2024 instead. The court said a late switch would cause 'electoral chaos.' The 2025 map added a Republican-leaning seat.
