Baska Sinema acquires AI feature 'A Woman Asleep' for Turkey

Baska Sinema has acquired Turkish theatrical rights to 80-minute English-language AI feature 'A Woman Asleep', Variety reported on 25 September 2026. The distributor plans a spring 2027 release across 20 cities in Turkey, Variety reported. The film is directed by Vikki Bardot and produced by Turkish AI studio Spongeworthy, Variety reported.
