Joel Kim Booster and X Mayo to leave Scrubs before Season 2

Joel Kim Booster and X Mayo will not return for Scrubs Season 2 on ABC, Deadline reported 25 September 2026. Booster played Dr Kevin Park; Mayo played charge nurse Raymond, per the same report. Zach Braff said to Deadline Mayo was working so much and wasn't fully available. Only Braff, Donald Faison and Sarah Chalke were Season 1 series regulars.
