BMG publishing chief Jim Selby elected to ASCAP board

BMG Global Music Publishing President Jim Selby has been elected to the ASCAP Board of Directors as a publisher member. ASCAP President and Chairman Paul Williams announced the election on September 24, ASCAP confirmed in a press release. Selby leads BMG's worldwide music publishing after the Concord-BMG combination completed on September 1.
