Danny Tommo Denies Criminal Damage Over Channel Dinghy Slashing

Daniel Thomas, 37, known as Danny Tommo, denied criminal damage — intentionally damaging property — at Basingstoke magistrates' court. The charge follows video that appeared to show him slashing an inflatable dinghy in the English Channel. Prosecutors allege an emergency responder was aboard the adrift boat. He was refused bail until Portsmouth crown court on 29 September.
