Sarah Lancashire to star as freed prisoner in Netflix thriller Witch Hunt

Netflix is teaming with Sarah Lancashire, writer Abi Morgan and Sister on thriller Witch Hunt, Deadline reported on 24 September. Lancashire plays August Howell, freed after 30 years in prison for drowning her three daughters. Police turn to her surviving daughter Professor Wren Howell to find a killer. The project was revealed at a Netflix event in London.
