Yu Zidi, 13, posts fourth-fastest 400m medley of 2026

China's Yu Zidi, 13, swam 4:28.56 to win the women's 400m individual medley at the Asian Games in Nagoya on 23 September. The time is the fourth-fastest in the world this year. Only Canada's world record holder Summer McIntosh has gone faster in 2026.
