Parton Estate Seeks Court Protection Over Nephew's Alleged Threats

Dolly Parton's estate, managed by Danny Nozell, asked a Nashville court for a restraining order, a court order to stay away, against nephew and former security chief Bryan Seaver. The filing claims Seaver wrote 'I'm a killer' to a Parton lawyer and told Nozell he worked as an arms dealer and mercenary, including a $27m deal with Haiti.
