Parton Estate Seeks Restraining Order After Nephew Allegedly Wrote 'I'm a Killer'

Dolly Parton's estate, run by manager Danny Nozell, has filed for a restraining order in Nashville against nephew and ex-security chief Bryan Seaver. The lawsuit alleges Seaver wrote 'I'm a killer' to a Parton lawyer and told Nozell he is an international arms dealer and mercenary who made a $27m arms deal with Haiti.
