State of Decay 3 targets 2026 closed beta and 2027 launch on PC, PlayStation and Xbox

Undead Labs aims to put State of Decay 3 into closed beta, a limited test with outside players, before end of 2026. The studio targets a 2027 release on PC, PlayStation and Xbox. Details published 23 September 2026 confirm the game stays on Game Pass after the split from Xbox.
