Jon M. Chu delays Britney Spears casting to focus on story

Jon M. Chu told Variety on 22 September he is not thinking about casting for the Britney Spears biopic right now and is focused on getting the story right. He spoke at the George Lucas Museum opening gala in Los Angeles. Liz Meriwether is writing the screenplay for Universal, with Marc Platt producing, Variety reported.
