Company size not linked to safety record, report says

Company size says nothing about safety, economist Shamubeel Eaqub found. In a report for the Business Leaders' Health and Safety Forum, he said injury rates show no clear pattern by firm size. He found no evidence small firms are safer. The 20-worker line does not divide safe firms from unsafe ones.
