NFTS and Sean Connery Foundation to launch permanent Edinburgh institute in 2027

The UK's National Film and Television School and the Sean Connery Foundation will launch the NFTS Sean Connery Institute in central Edinburgh in 2027, Variety reported on 22 September 2026. The permanent centre will house training programmes and host public screenings, masterclasses and events, building on nine years of NFTS Scotland activity, Variety reported.
