Typhoon Dujuan Batters Japan, 1.9 Million Urged to Evacuate

More than 1.9 million people in six prefectures, Japan's regional districts, were urged to evacuate as Typhoon Dujuan battered the country. Tokyo was hit hard amid forecasts of record rainfall.
