8th Circuit Says Missouri Should Use New Trump-Backed Districts in November

A three-judge 8th Circuit panel ruled Sept. 21 that Missouri should use its new, Republican-drawn House districts — backed by former President Trump — in November's general election, as in August's primary. Returning to the old map would violate the Constitution, the judges said. The order is paused a week for appeal, so nothing changes yet.
