8th Circuit Rules Missouri Should Use New Trump-Backed Districts in November

A three-judge 8th Circuit panel ruled Sept. 21 Missouri should use its new Trump-backed Republican-drawn House districts in the November general election, as in the August primary, saying reverting to prior lines would violate the Constitution. The order is paused for a week for appeal, so it changes nothing immediately.
