Badenoch says Tories seek legal advice over Wandsworth cut
Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch told BBC Newsnight the party has asked lawyers to see if an £84m-a-year funding cut for Wandsworth can be challenged. She said the proposed 94% council tax rise was 'outrageous', but the council was 'not doing it because they want to'. Ministers said they were reforming an 'outdated' funding system.
