Armed Assailant Attacks Ohio Governor Candidate Amy Acton at Canfield Fair

An armed assailant lunged at Democratic Ohio governor candidate Amy Acton during a campaign stop at the Canfield Fair on Sunday, knocking volunteers to the ground and injuring several people before being arrested. Acton was not hurt. The suspect was found to have weapons. The Mahoning County sheriff's department is leading the investigation; no motive or charges have been disclosed.
