
Supreme Court Weighs Mail-In Ballot Restrictions as Voting Begins
The Trump administration asked the Supreme Court on September 6 to enforce Executive Order 14399, which blocks the Postal Service from carrying mail-in ballots unless voters appear on a DHS citizenship list. Ballots are already reaching North Carolina voters; Alabama follows September 9, with five more states the week of September 13. Nearly one-third of Americans vote by mail.
