Sandra Hüller to Play Wolfgang Herrndorf in Maria Schrader's 'Work and Structure'

Sandra Hüller will star as late German writer-artist Wolfgang Herrndorf in "Work and Structure" (Arbeit und Struktur), directed by Maria Schrader and co-written with Jan Schomburg. Herrndorf documented his decline after a 2010 terminal brain-tumour diagnosis; the memoir was published posthumously in 2013. Komplizen Film, Studiocanal, Haut et Court and ZDF produce. Production begins early 2027; Studiocanal releases in Germany, France and Italy in 2028 (Deadline).
