'You' author Caroline Kepnes' series 'The Attentionist' heads to YouTube, not a streamer

Caroline Kepnes will write and direct 'The Attentionist,' an eight-episode series adapted from her 2022 short story, for YouTube — not a traditional streamer or cable network, Variety reports. Mark Roberts of Roberts Media and Lorena David produce. An unnamed media venture backing the slate is expected to be announced in the coming days.
