Savinho left out of City squad as £160m Tottenham transfer nears

Savinho was absent from Manchester City's matchday squad against Bournemouth on 23 August 2026 as he closes in on a move to Tottenham. Omar Marmoush, named among the substitutes, could follow. The Guardian reports Tottenham are pursuing the pair for a combined £160m — £85m for Savinho, £75m for Marmoush.
