Joao Cancelo has signed a permanent Barcelona contract until 2029 after his Al-Hilal deal was mutually terminated, per BBC Sport. The Portugal full-back has been on loan at three clubs since 2019 — Bayern Munich, Barcelona, and Barcelona again. He joined from Al-Hilal on loan in January 2026. Now, at last, he stops borrowing the shirt.
