On July 23, 2026, an FDA advisory panel voted 8-6 to let pharmacies custom-mix three peptide drugs — BPC-157, TB-500, and KPV. Over half a dozen members with drug-industry ties were added beforehand and mostly voted yes; academic members mostly voted no. FDA scientists had warned of insufficient safety data.
