Perplexity Launches Teammates, AI Helpers That Handle Several Jobs at Once

Perplexity has launched Teammates, AI helpers for office work that are always available. Each can be given a different task, and all of them work at the same time, like several staff members. Progress appears in threads in the Perplexity app. Teammates can also be reached through Slack, a workplace chat tool. They are built on Perplexity Computer.
