Uber Reports Four Rides Booked by Outside AI Helpers in Third Quarter 2026

Uber said on its third-quarter 2026 investor call that only four rides in the quarter were booked by outside AI helpers acting for customers, the first time it has disclosed such bookings. Uber also cited 320 million rides and Uber Eats deliveries. CEO Dara Khosrowshahi said Uber hopes these programs will grow and that it will work with them.
