Health Insurance Prices Set to Rise About 13% in 2027

Average prices for health plans sold through federal and state Affordable Care Act (ACA) online stores are set to rise about 13% for 2027, KFF reported October 31, 2026. "Full price" means the premium, the regular price, before government tax credits lower the bill. What subsidized buyers pay is a separate calculation. Sign-up began November 1 in most states.
