Google's Gemini Can Now Edit Your Files, Mostly on the Web

Google lets everyone use Gemini to create, view and edit files. Supported files include PDFs, Google Docs, spreadsheets, slideshows, text files and code. PDFs can be viewed and edited on phones and computers. Other file types can only be edited in a browser. Highlight part of a file and request changes, such as turning a table into a chart.
