Machado Returns to Caracas After Nearly a Year Abroad

Venezuelan opposition leader and Nobel laureate María Corina Machado returned to Caracas, the capital, on Sunday, October 25, after nearly a year abroad. Reuters and the Associated Press reported it was her first appearance in the country since December. She said her team organized the return, not any government.
