Gemini's File Editing Now Available to All Users, Web-Only for Most Formats

Google has made Gemini's file generation, preview and editing available to all users. Covered formats include PDFs, Google Docs, Sheets, slide decks, Markdown, TXT and code. PDF preview and editing work on web and mobile; other formats edit only on the web. Users highlight a selection and request changes, such as turning a table into a graph.
