Vertiv Sales Up 61% to $4.3 Billion; Profit Up 90%

Vertiv reported sales of $4,313 million for the third quarter of 2026 on October 28. That is up 61%, or $1,637 million, from a year earlier. Operating profit, the money left after running costs but before interest and taxes, rose 90%. Because profit grew faster than sales, the company kept more of each dollar it sold as profit.
