Vertiv Q3 Sales Rise 61% to $4.3 Billion; Operating Profit Up 90%

Vertiv reported third-quarter 2026 net sales of $4,313 million on October 28, up 61% from a year earlier, an increase of $1,637 million. Operating profit rose 90% over the same period, faster than sales, meaning a larger share of each sales dollar converted to profit before interest and taxes.
