Nick and Vanessa Lachey Cut Tarzana Home Price to $7.6 Million

Nick and Vanessa Lachey have cut the price they are asking for their Tarzana, California, home by $500,000, to $7.6 million, Realtor.com reported. Robb Report says the couple paid $8 million to buy the house back from Naomi Osaka. The new price is 5 percent below that. An asking price is what sellers hope to get, not the sale price.
