Lachey Tarzana Home Asking Price Cut to $7.6 Million, Below Couple's Reported $8 Million Purchase

Nick and Vanessa Lachey have cut the asking price on their Tarzana, California, home by $500,000, to $7.6 million, Realtor.com reported. Robb Report says the couple paid $8 million to buy the house back from Naomi Osaka. The new ask sits about 5 percent below that figure. Asking prices are not sale prices.
