The RealReal Blocks More AI Shopping Bots After One Kept Reserving Items

The RealReal is updating its anti-bot security to make it harder for AI shopping programs to log in, add items to carts and check out. The change follows a Verge test in which Meta's Muse kept re-adding items after 20-minute reservations expired, blocking other shoppers for hours or longer. The company said such programs can still browse listings.
