Dutch Cyber Agency Shuts Its Website Over Software Flaws

The Dutch national cyber security agency has temporarily shut down its website, NCSC.nl, as a precaution against security weaknesses in PHP, a programming language. A notice dated 21 October 2026 gives no date for its return. The agency has seen no attacks using the flaws yet.
